Online Scheduling System for EventsConferencesTrade ShowsSymposiums

Attendees pick the talk or workshop through the link, take a seat while the room still has space, and get a reminder the day before with the time and room.

Seats

Capped per room

Conference, trade show, corporate and online events

Each format tracks something different: seats per track, meeting times at the booth, the guest list, the call link.

Conferences and symposiums

Talks and workshops spread across tracks and parallel rooms, each with its own seat limit. When a room fills up, late sign-ups join the waitlist and get the seat if someone drops out.

Parallel tracks and rooms Waitlist per room Talk schedule

Trade shows and exhibitions

Exhibitors and visitors register on separate calendars, each with its own form. The booth opens 1:1 meeting slots and matchmaking suggests who is worth meeting.

Exhibitor registration Form per profile 1:1 meetings (matchmaking)

Corporate events

Trainings and workshops for invited guests only: the access list sets who can register and how many sessions each person can join. Anyone not on the list cannot book.

Hybrid and online

Remote attendees get the Meet, Zoom or Teams link created at registration, and the reminder before the session repeats the link. When the session ends, the satisfaction survey goes out to registrants.

08:00

Validated registrations

A form with the fields your event needs and registrations validated automatically. The attendee list updates with every new sign-up.

09:00

Schedule by track

Talks and workshops with room, time and speaker, published in the right track.

10:45

1:1 meetings by interest

Matchmaking crosses attendees' interests, and each one books the meeting in an open slot.

14:00

Meet, Zoom and Teams

In hybrid sessions, the call link is created for remote attendees, on the platform the event already uses.

15:45

Reminder before each session

Each registrant gets the time and room of the talk they chose on WhatsApp or by email, as far ahead as you decide: a day, an hour, ten minutes.

17:00

Satisfaction survey

When the session ends, a sending rule delivers the survey with a 0 to 10 score and the questions you wrote. The report splits answers by track, so you know what to repeat at the next edition.

Frequently asked questions from event organisers

What conference, trade show and training organisers ask before opening registration.

01

Yes. For the remote audience, the Meet, Zoom or Teams link is created at registration and sent to the participant.

02

Yes. With the access list, only the people on it can register, identified by email, ID number or invitation code. You import the guest list from a file instead of typing them one by one.

03

Registration for that session closes. With the waiting list on, the participant joins the queue and, if someone cancels, the system passes the seat to the next in line and notifies them.

04

You set the registration limit for each event and each room. For a large conference, talk to the sales team before opening registration so the plan is sized properly.

05

Yes. Matchmaking lets participants book one-to-one meetings with each other during the event, each with its own slot and its own confirmation.
