Clients choose who does it

Each professional has a calendar with a photo, services and days off, plus a link of their own for the bio. The page carries the salon’s logo, cover photo and color.

  1. The salon’s link in bio
  2. The whole team in one link
  3. She picks Luna
  4. Her days off are already blocked
  5. Just a name and contact, no account
  6. Booked with Luna
  7. Bea has her own link
  8. It opens straight to her calendar
  9. Booked with Bea

Your price list is now a link

Each service has its own length and, if you want, shows the price. The link only offers times where it fits whole, cleanup time included.

The salon price list becomes the service list on Luna’s link. A lash fill, 1 hour plus 10 minutes of cleanup, does not fit the 40 minute gap at 14:00, so the link only offers 16:30. Brow shaping, 30 minutes plus 10, fits, and the link offers 14:00, 16:30 and 17:00.

The reference photo comes along

When booking, clients attach a photo of what they want and answer your questions. The service instructions show on screen and in the confirmation email.

When booking a cut and blow-dry with Carla, Saturday Oct 3 at 17:00, Nina attached a screenshot of the cut she wants and answered the form: about 10 cm off, and bangs like the ones in the photo. The confirmation email asks her to come with dry hair.

Saturday doesn’t sit empty

The reminder goes out on WhatsApp when you choose. If a client can’t make it, she reschedules through the link, and her slot opens up for someone else to book.

On Friday, Bruna’s reminder for Saturday at 13:00 goes out on WhatsApp. She reschedules to the next Saturday through the link, the 13:00 slot opens up and Ana books it through the link. On Saturday, Ana sits in the chair with the hairdresser behind her.

The next touch-up is already booked

Clients repeat their slot every 3, 4 or 5 weeks, through the link or with your team at the end of the visit. Clients who came in get your email a few days later, with the link to come back.

Three Camellia Studio touch-ups. Lashes with Luna: the extensions fall out over the weeks, and the touch-up was already booked by the team at the end of the visit, every 3 weeks: Saturday, October 24, then November 14 and December 5. Gel nails with Bea: the nail grows out and leaves a gap at the cuticle, and the client repeated her slot via the link every 4 weeks: Saturday, October 31, then November 28 and December 26. Root touch-up with Carla: the roots show; her calendar charges at booking, so there is no series, and a few days after the visit the client gets the email with the link and comes back on Saturday, November 7.
